Given the backlash against payers in the face of rising insurance premiums, it's not a stretch to suggest that others may agree with him.
If that's the case, though, then what should payers provide? Money? Technical expertise? And through what avenue should they provide it? Directly to providers? To regional extension centers? It's a topic that's certainly worth a hearty debate.
