 Transferring records amongst PHR
PHR
Would it make sense to have the ability for PHR that are available out there to talk with each other, or would we simply have to re-upload our CCD or records to a new one?

That's definitely the idea behind some of the public PHRs like Google Health, Microsoft Health Vault, and others. Vendors are working on interoperability, but this can be a significant challenge given that so many patients travel internationally to get their medical care (medical tourism). We need global interoperability.
