Health information exchange, Meaningful use Stage2
What will be accomplished for meaningful use stage 2 for an organization if they are connected to a State RHIO in terms of data exchange?  There is a lot of discrete data that is submitted to the RHIO (including a ccd), so what would be accomplished for stage 2 and what work would be eliminated by connecting to a RHIO?
