 Is there a usable HL7v3 UML profile

Currently I'm dealing with HL7v3 and M2M-Transformation. I want to translate some HL7v3 data structures in another model based on another meta-model. My problem I have is, that I can't find a usable HL7 UML profile. There are several websites where is written that there is a UML profile for HL7. For example MDHT should provide such a profile. But I haven't found it yet. Can anybody tell me, if there is a usable HL7v3 profile.
