 iPads in the Enterprise?

Who's currently using iPads (or iPhones, for that matter) in an integrated Health Care Delivery system?  There's a lot of interest (and even more hyp, but I'm looking for actual production usage feedback. TIA

while iPad has a lot of potential for wide usage in health care, we have seen its use in several hospitals for viewing digital imaging, viewing documents, reviewing labs, prescribing medication, and clinical messaging. I recently read about a hospital called Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center in Bnei Brak (MYMC) who fully implemented iPads. The uses listed from this hospital were viewing high-resolution X-ray and scanned images,and also being used to diagnose and prescribe treatment for patients.

Many hospitals are replacing computer on wheels (COWs) with iPads. Much lower cost!
