Answer Wiki:
I was not able to identify any details on MA immunization registry. So far the only details I found are relating to the technical contact. In NC we have NCIR and they have an HL7 interface to allow physicians to download. The upload peice is manual at this point where the nurses have to go on a web portal and manually enter the data. here is the contact info: Technical Contact: Doreen Corban Phone: 617.983.6808 Fax: 617.983.6840 E-mail: doreen.corban@state.ma.us Here is some more information about the MA State Immunization Registry. They are anticipating a go-live in January 2011. http://www.mass.gov/?pageID=eohhs2subtopic&L=6&L0=Home&L1=Provider&L2=Guidelines+and+Resources&L3=Guidelines+for+Clinical+Treatment&L4=Diseases+%26+Conditions&L5=Immunization&sid=Eeohhs2
