The line graphs aren't correctly spread along the X axis and Y axis for data. b) No deleting. Patient information, patient data, doctors' letters shouldn't be deleted from patients' online medical records. Deleting is contrary to the principles of maintaining patients' charts. c) Restore what's been deleted. Restore the deletions or send deleted information via email or postal mail. d) Technical feedback. Feedback mechanisms aren't adequate for reporting technical difficulties with the software. e) More transparency. The messaging system for communicating with the doctors' offices needs to be more transparent. It's not always clear who's responding to patients' enquiries or whether or not the doctor got the communication.
