Answer Wiki:
The <a href="http://www.annals.org/content/154/8/560.abstract?aimhp">Annals of Internal Medicine</a>, the <a href="http://www.osma.org/files/documents/tools-and-resources/running-a-practice/social-media-policy.pdf">Ohio State Medical Association</a> and the <a href="http://searchhealthit.techtarget.com/news/2240024245/CDC-gets-into-health-care-social-media-policy">CDC</a> have all prepared documents that should help organizations create a social media policy. It's not easy, but the consequences of not having a policy can be dire.
