That was a good question. I sent me wondering if there is a difference in responsabilities of directors in different departments. Unfortunatly, in every case, I realize that reguardless of the vehical, a director or an individual in healthcare shares the same core responsabilities and principles that they must all assist in providing
compassionate, informed and respectful treatment to each and every patient. They must uphold the law and the ethics of their profession while providing their patient with the best care possible.
