Very good idea. Especially the part of taking away the hen house keys from the Fox, oops! I mean the FDA. My perspective is that the medical community has a plethora of smart people, mostly who do NOT work for the FDA. It is not my opinion but fact that the folks the FDA are supposed to be watching will eventually become invited guests at each others retirement parties. This is a good seaway for the medical community to use UN-cuffed hands hopefully to introduce real scrutiny on apps that must be compliant to regulatory standards and to the actual benefit of the medical community.
