Patrick Howard, is founder and principal consultant of Webmenders Consulting.  Patrick has a rich history of consulting in Healthcare, working for companies like NDCHealth, McKesson, and Quest Diagnostics.  Patrick has consulted with hundreds of physicians in Florida on EHR adoption, implementation, and ePrescribing.  Patrick has been an adviser to many programs, including ePrescribeFlorida, the State of Florida ePrescribing and HIE efforts.  Patrick has many accomplishments including developing the first business incubator in Central Florida, which was featured in Income Opportunities Magazine.  Patrick also served as President of GlobalMedia Design, based in Winter Park, Florida.  Patrick developed and facilitated, the “Stimulus Education Seminars Series”, educating physicians on ARRA and HITECH, using Gayle Harrell, ONC policy and Tiger Team member, as the featured presenter.
